By accessing or using BwVibes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BwVibes for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

BwVibes provides a platform for event organizers to sell tickets. All payments are processed via Stripe. BwVibes is not responsible for the actual delivery or quality of the events hosted on our platform.

Users are prohibited from using BwVibes for any illegal activity, including but not limited to ticket scalping, fraudulent event creation, or harassment of other users.

In no event shall BwVibes or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BwVibes.
