How Refunds Work
FindEvents acts as a platform for organizers. The specific refund policy for an event is determined by the organizer at the time of creation. You can find the specific policy for your ticket in your dashboard or confirmation email.
Our Standard Policy Levels
No Refunds
Tickets are completely non-refundable. This is often chosen for high-demand or last-minute events.
Refund until specific date
Full refunds are available up until a specific date set by the organizer.
Refund until 24 hours before
Attendees can request a full refund up to 24 hours before the event start time.
Full refund anytime
Refunds are allowed at any time until the event ends. Very flexible for attendees.
Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund, regardless of the event's specific refund policy. In these cases, FindEvents will automate the refund process for all attendees.
Processing Fees
When a refund is issued, the Stripe processing fees may not be refundable depending on the organizer's settings. We recommend checking the specific terms for each event.
